1. Reptile Territory will take all reasonable measures to ensure your purchase reaches you at the agreed time however if you fail to seek required permits and delay the process additional costs may be incurred by you, the purchaser.
2. Whilst all care is taken to ensure the health of our animals once they are in the hands of the freight company they are essentially your animal.

Terms of Use

1. Treat this card like cash.
2. This card is redeemable for merchandise only.
3. This card is not redeemable for cash.
4. This card must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the card.
5. This card will be void and can not be redeemed after the expiry date.
6. This card is partially redeemable. It is up to you to use the full value before the expiry date. Cash change will not be given for any unused balance.
7. Any unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited.
8. Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the available card balance, you will be required to make up the difference with another payment method.
9. We reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time. Changes to the Terms of Use will be available on our website.
